Helicopter charter flights

We’re delighted to be working with Voler Aviation Services Ltd who provide helicopter charter flights for guests wanting to miss the traffic and arrive in style.

Voler – known in the industry for their customer focused service – are the ideal partner for this service. With an extensive twin engine fleet in the Cotswolds, London and Harrogate – geographically they have all bases covered. The service doesn’t end when you land either. Once safely on the ground you will move through our private arrivals lounge to pick up your private chauffeur driven shuttle service for the short distance to our hotel arrivals reception.

We are also exploring a ‘shared’ charter helicopter charter service to offer a more cost effective way of flying in.

With a dedicated single point of contact you can discuss your requirements and agree a bespoke, tailored to your needs plan. Please get in touch below.

If the thought of sleeping under canvas and on the ground doesn’t appeal to you, our luxury option can deliver all the home comforts without taking away from the iconic festival atmosphere.

Located just a short distance from festival gate D, you’re never going to be too far from all the action whilst also enjoying your own haven away from the hustle and bustle of the busy festival.

Featuring options for couples and groups, you can enjoy our site which feels much more like a luxury hotel than your average camping pitch.

If Glastonbury glamping at The Pop-Up Hotel sounds right for you, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, as many of our rooms get booked up quickly, usually on the first day that tickets are released.

Our glamping at Glastonbury Facilities

The Pop-Up Hotel is the closest experience you’ll find to a boutique hotel in the midst of the long festival weekend.

With facilities including a bar and restaurant, wellness space and swimming pool we aim to bring a peaceful vibe to an otherwise hectic festival experience.

What facilities are included?

Our Glastonbury glamping packages include everything you could possibly need to transform your festival experience. From the addition of proper beds and en-suites in your accommodation, we do our best to think of everything so you can sit back and enjoy your stay.

On our glamping site, you’ll find the following:

  • A restaurant and bar serving delicious food and drinks until late
  • A spacious seating area where you can relax and chat with friends
  • A multi-treatment wellness space providing professional treatments to help you feel like yourself again after a day amongst the crowds
  • A full-sized pool for some much-needed relaxation and me-time during the festival
  • Interiors and installations around the site to ensure a luxury experience

What is glamping?

At The Pop-Up Hotel, we are passionate about creating comfortable and stylish glamping experiences for our guests that will make you reluctant to leave.

Glamping is a unique experience where you can enjoy the freedom of the great outdoors, with your added home comforts to help you live the life of luxury during your break.

Does Glastonbury Festival have glamping?

Yes, there are a number of glamping sites in and around Glastonbury festival that you can choose from.

The Pop-Up Hotel is one of the most popular for its stylish accommodation, high-end facilities, and dedication to providing the best guest experience.

How much does glamping cost at The Pop-Up Hotel Glastonbury?

The cost of Glastonbury glamping will depend on the room you choose. At The Pop-Up Hotel our rooms range from £2,999 for a classic room for two people, to £26,999 for our ultimate Tipi Tenthouse Suite for up to 8 people.

Are the tipis within Glastonbury Festival worth it?

Glastonbury Festival tipis are popular with people who want to stay within the hustle and bustle of the festival. However, if you want to experience real luxury and enjoy a much more relaxed weekend, we’d recommend booking yourself a stay at The Pop-Up Hotel.

How much is a Yurt at The Pop-Up Hotel Glastonbury?

Yurts are just one of the many options available at The Pop-Up Hotel.

If it is a yurt that you’re after then our Traditional Yurthas space for two people and includes a memory foam mattress, full linens, power supply suitable for charging devices and much more priced from £4,399.

Where is the site?

Our glamping site is located just a short 10 minute flat walk from festivalGate D. This is the perfect location to escape the franticness of the Festival but close enough for you to run and catch any secret sets!

Can you pick me up from the coach station?

Unfortunately we’re not able to organise pick-ups from the coach station. However, it’s only a short taxi ride to get from the station to our site. We recommend that you book these in advance of your arrival and departure.

Do you provide shuttles?

Based off-site we are a pleasant 10 minute flat walk to gate D which is the same distance as most festival shuttle drop offs. This means that precious festival time isn’t wasted waiting for time consuming shuttles.

Can I request a tent in a certain area or next to friends who are also staying at The Pop-Up Hotel?

As long as you’ve booked a room of the same type, it should be easy to place you close to your friends. Please include the request when booking.

If you have booked different types of rooms, it’s unlikely that you’ll be next to each other but by all means ask!

When will I need to pay my balance?

We’ll send you an email at the end of March, notifying you when you need to pay off your balance.

What time is check-in/out?

You can check into your room from 8am on Wednesday. Check out will be by 11 am the following Monday.

If I don’t want the tent for all 5 nights is it cheaper?

Even if you’re only planning to stay a couple of nights at Glastonbury, we cannot offer you a reduced rate. This is because we’re not able to re-let the room on the vacant nights, so the price of our rooms will always remain the same.
