We are delighted to announce that our bar and restaurant partner for our Glastonbury Festival site this year is Spook. It’s the perfect fit and both sides are thrilled to be working together.
Spook, one of London’s most respected and acclaimed events catering companies, will be bringing their ingredient led menus to The Pop-Up Hotel for Glastonbury guests to enjoy during their stay.
Throughout the day you can expect wholesome breakfasts with quality Somerset produce followed by an a seasonal la carte menu and indulgent all day menu. On Tuesday 20th June (GlastoEve), Wednesday and Thursday evenings Spook will be collaborating with world class chefs for ticketed feasts for hotel guests. In addition there will be afternoon / early evening events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which will have a limited number of tickets available for non-residents of the hotel.
Planning is full steam ahead and ideas are a plenty. Our aim is that the food you enjoy this year courtesy of Spook at The Pop-Up Hotel is talked about alongside the headliners you see in the festival. We’re planning to offer our ‘collective best’ and deliver culinary experiences to remember.
Emily Few Brown, CEO of Spook London, comments: “We’re thrilled to be working with The Pop-Up Hotel for Glastonbury in June. Throughout the day guests will be able to expect wholesome breakfasts with quality Somerset produce followed by a seasonal la carte menu and an indulgent all day menu. On Tuesday 20th June, the day before the Festival starts, known at The Pop-Up Hotel as ‘GlastoEve’, Wednesday and Thursday evenings we will be collaborating with world class chefs for ticketed feasts for hotel guests. In addition, there will be afternoon and early evening events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which will have a limited number of tickets available for non-residents of the hotel.”
We’re hoping to launch the evening feasts, breakfast and daily menus from early March and this will include opportunities to book. From past experience, it really helps everyone (you and us) to feel like the countdown to the festival has really begun and there’s no better way to do that than by firming up the details for those magical 5 days.
