Festival season is one of the most exciting times of the event calendar and, although for many the idea of camping in a tent under the stars is exciting, not everyone wants to be far away from their home comforts for the long weekend.
Festival glamping offers a luxury, comfortable alternative to traditional camping where your guests can enjoy all the everyday luxuries many people give up over the festival weekend.
Our temporary accommodation sites are designed bespoke to fit your festival, so, whether you want your guests to have a full-sized pool, their own personal hot tub, or just luxurious rooms for the duration of the festival, we can accommodate your requirements.
Our festival glamping experience
Glamping is the term for glamorous camping, which essentially means that your guests will be getting the traditional freedom of camping with an extra layer of comfort added on top.
Far from memories of camping where festivalgoers are cramped into a small tent, trying to fall asleep on the hard ground beneath them, with glamping they’ll get a hotel-worthy experience with the great outdoors right outside.
Our unique experience is unlike any other camping experience your guests would have had before, and comes packed with luxurious facilities and amenities that will make them forget they’re right in the middle of a festival.
With our festival camping experience, your guests can have their very own comfortable suite with proper beds, power plugs, an en-suite bathroom, and all the small luxuries that they’ll need to feel right at home.
But, the fun doesn’t finish when they leave their tent, as The Pop-Up Hotel can also provide a range of other facilities around your festival site.
In addition to our accommodation offer we can also provide:
- A stylish restaurant and bar area serving delicious food and tasty drinks until late
- Guest-only seatings areas where they can catch up on the day and discuss their favourite acts with friends.
- A multi-treatment spa and salon where your guests can get their hair done, enjoy a professional massage, or just take some time out to freshen up after a day at the festival
- A full-sized pool where your guests can get their laps in or enjoy some me-time in between sets

A stunning new tent design, blending the best features of a Bell and Yurt (hence BURT). Fully furnished, space for up to 2 guests.

Our beautiful new Bell Tent/Yurt Hybrid canvas tented furnished with proper beds, space for up to 4 guests.

Classic Motorhome – 4 berth
Perfect for guests seeking a cosy, comfortable hard side space with a lockable door (and much, much more). This 4 berth Classic Motorhome is perfect for families or friends, it offers a fixed bed in the rear (double or twin) with a dividing door. A second double bed pulls down from the ceiling over the dinette area, space for up to 4 guests.
The Den
We are excited to introduce The Den, new to the Hotel for 2025. If you are looking for a cosy, quiet space with En-suite facilities, The Den with its solid walls, double glazing and blackout blinds is a great option . Space for 2 guests in either a double or bunk beds.
Classic Motorhome – 5 berth
Our Motorhomes, new to the Hotel for 2025 provide a modern, a cosy space. En-suite and equipped with all the mod cons one would expect plus, a lockable door. This 5 berth Classic Motorhome is perfect for those who like socialising, it has a spacious, rear, u-shaped lounge. For the evening, the lounge converts to twin beds or a large double. A second double bed pulls down over the dinette area which also converts to a third bed. Space for up to 5 guests.
Classic Motorhome – 6 berth
Our 6 berth motorhome, the only motorhome with bunk beds which makes it perfect for friends and families. With plenty of storage and a larger fridge with freezer space, you won’t be left wanting.

A one off and perfect for those wanting an unusual experience – Suitable for up to 2 persons.
Safari Suite
