Service is at the heart of what we do at The Pop-Up Hotel which is why we have built a team with a lot of heart and love for service.
Our Silverstone Hotel reception is open to ensure you know what you need to know and can get where you need to get to. Our reception team can answer questions, book additional services, or liaise with the Silverstone venue team.
Our concierge team is also at your disposal. You will meet them when you arrive as they unload your luggage, and show you to your room. After you’re settled in you can arrange for the concierge team to collect you and your luggage before checkout to ensure a convenient and quick start to your journey home.
Showers & Toilets
It’s likely that clean, flushing toilets and hot showers are a significant reason for staying with us which is why we spend so much time thinking about them!
We only offer luxury, indoor conveniences which are maintained by our team of attendants ensuring they are always up to scratch. Additional vanities, complimentary dryers & straighteners, luxury hand, body and hair products are all waiting for you too. With lounge furniture to boot, should you need to wait for your friends or partners – and all of this exclusive to hotel guests.
We also have an onsite team of 2 plumbers, 4 electricians and 2 maintenance managers to ensure any technical issues that might arise are rapidly solved.

Silverstone is one of the most secure venues in the world, with an incredible team of security and medical personnel available to assist you. We operate a guest-only policy, meaning our guests staying with us or personally invited guests are the only individuals allowed on the hotel grounds. Our in-house security team, which operates 24 hours a day, includes roaming patrols to give you peace of mind.
Should you need it, we have first aiders on call 24 hours a day to address any injuries or concerns. Our team of event managers is experienced in liaising with local authorities to provide the fastest possible off-site solutions.
