Getting Here
The largest festival in the UK can be hard to get to, but it doesn’t have to be. With 15 years of experience on our sites we help ensure it is as simple as possible in a few simple steps;
We’ll do the heavy lifting. We do the hard work and take a deep dive into the festival’s annual traffic management plan to ensure our information is 100% accurate and up to date.
Communication is key. We’ll translate that information into a simple set of instructions for you to follow from any departure point and giving you the best route to us. We’ll include the best places to stop for refreshments and breaks too. You can plot our maps into your chosen sat nav – but don’t use its native A to B guidance. Trust our routes – they have been hard earned.
Pre-Event Pack. We will post you your car parking passes, printed directions and arrival information well in advance of the event so the steward check points will waive you through or help direct you.
Let us get you here. We manage our own private helipad with hotel transfers, and offer door to door chauffeur services if you want them so you don’t have to make your own way. Read on for details of those services.

Your arrival experience
Arriving at both our Festival Fields and Halcyon Fields sites is a little different to most campsites. Our concierge team will unload your luggage and, if you like, we will valet park your car while you check in before jumping onto a buggy to be driven directly to your room.
Once you’re settled you are free to explore the hotel, get a drink, dine-out or just relax. Our ‘landy train’ is available to run you between our locations too (there’s enough walking already!)
Helicopter Services
We’re able to offer the only private heliport. and the only heliport on the Western side of the festival, enabling you to avoid the gridlock from east to west.
Our private helipad is a 5 minute drive to the hotel and all arrivals include a complementary transfer from helipad to hotel and back.
We can accommodate charter bookings, individual bookings, landings, parking and refuelling.
