Slick – has been working around Glastonbury Festival for a number of years creating innovative ground transport solutions to help guests beat the traffic – are the ideal partner for this service. In addition to direct charters Slick are also offering the Heli-Hop, a unique way to drive or train to a beautiful country house, just off the M4, beat the traffic, and arrive at The Pop-Up Hotel in style with a short heli-flight.

Slick can also arrange door-to-door ground transport to and from the hotel meaning you don’t need to worry about driving in or out of the event. Particularly refreshing on Monday morning after a festival adventure.

Information Regarding Administration Fees

We may charge, and you agree to pay, a small administration fee to cover our reasonable administrative and card processing costs. This will usually be offset against any refund due to you.

The Early Bird scheme allows guests to book rooms with a partially refundable deposit.

  • Rooms up to £5k – £69 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £10k – £79 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £15k – £179 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £20k – £189 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £30k – £199 admin fee retained

The admin fee is retained per room booked and not per reservation per se.
