We provided festival style glamping accommodation for VVIP’s and A List celebrities in a unique secret location. All room interiors were styled in conjunction with with the grooms film set designer.

  • Location: Private estate in Dorset
  • Date: Summer 2015
  • Rooms: 40 rooms from bell tents, to safari suites, tented cabins and Tenthouse Suites.
  • Other project aspects: Custom design interior developed with film set designer for client, and housekeeping services 
  • Guests: VIP and Celebrity wedding guests attending the wedding over three nights incorporating a private film release and showing in and open air cinema, lakeside BBQ and the wedding itself.
  • Our role: Site design planning for the rooms, development of the interiors to client requirements, production and site management of rooms for the duration of the wedding.

Information Regarding Administration Fees

We may charge, and you agree to pay, a small administration fee to cover our reasonable administrative and card processing costs. This will usually be offset against any refund due to you.

The Early Bird scheme allows guests to book rooms with a partially refundable deposit.

  • Rooms up to £5k – £69 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £10k – £79 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £15k – £179 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £20k – £189 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £30k – £199 admin fee retained

The admin fee is retained per room booked and not per reservation per se.
