From Sam Ryder and Margot Robbie partying during Glastonbury Festival Week to Lando Norris and Isack Hadjar popping in, there was no shortage of A-listers getting a piece of the action at The Pop-Up Hotels this summer.
Summer 2025: The Pop-Up Hotels at Glastonbury and at the British Grand Prix were the ultimate Summer oasis, offering a haven to relax and enjoy all the creature comforts in style. And, as always, there were some famous faces mingled in the crowd at both of our hotels this summer.
There’s always a certain magic about Glastonbury. The endless music, the madness — and if you’re lucky, a bit of stardust too. While the festival is renowned for its top line-ups, another story unfolds: life at The Pop Up Hotel, where festival-goers trade tents for luxury and can find themselves sharing a cocktail with the stars.
Spotted among the crowd at the legendary Pop-Up Hotel pool parties this summer were British supermodel, Cara Delevigne, American comedian and TV host, Chelsea Handler, and mother daughter duo, Pearl and Daisy Lowe. Hollywood A-lister, Margot Robbie, hosted a private pool party at The Pop-Up Hotel for her closest friends before heading off into the Festival to speak at The Pilton Palais Film Festival.
Hotel guests included singer songwriter, Sam Ryder, who treated our Hotel guests to not one but two secret sets. An extraordinary talent playing a private gig for just a hundred lucky attendees, with a truly magical atmosphere, our guests were enthralled and he almost blew the roof off!
Over the course of Festival Week we hosted a stellar lineup of almost 50 live musical acts to perform on our own ‘Triangle Stage’ for hotel guests only, ranging from chilled morning acoustic sessions to lively poolside parties and evening DJ sets. From the Fun Lovin’ Criminals frontman, Huey Morgan, to singer Scout Willis’ dulcet tones, these private live performances kept hotel guests buzzing all day long.
With an unique trackside hotel situated inside the circuit, right in the heart of all the action, the Pop-Up Hotel at the British Grand Prix offered an unparalleled blend of luxury and motorsport excitement for F1 fans. And there was no shortage of A-list talent with British McLaren driver and the eventual winner at Silverstone 2025, Lando Norris, popping into the Hotel on the very first day of opening. Driver Isack Hadjar attended an exclusive Q&A session for F1 fans at The Pop-Up Hotel as well as former driver and broadcasters Karun Chandhok and Vicky Butler-Henderson both making appearances at the Hotel.
Former F1 World Champion, TV Presenter and Entrepreneur, Jenson Button was a guest at The Pop-Up Hotel and hosted a Coachbuilt Whisky tasting and dinner at The Pop-Up Hotel for his close friends and F1 associates. Here’s what Jenson had to say about his stay: “Right in the heart of all the action, inside the track, it’s the perfect location for me to attend appointments.”
Previous celebrity guests of The Pop-Up Hotel include luminaries such as Brad Pitt, Henry Cavill David Beckham, Fred Again, Chris O’Dowd and Dawn O’Porter, Steve Coogan, Jason Statham and Rosie Huntingdon Whitely and Sara Cox.
The Best of Both Worlds: The Pop Up Hotel isn’t just somewhere to sleep — it’s an experience. Staying at The Pop Up Hotel means you can dive headfirst into the action of the main event, and then retreat to a haven where the party continues in comfort. With a social buzz that is unlike anywhere else, there’s an intimacy at The Pop-Up Hotel that means that clinking glasses at the bar or swapping stories over breakfast feel surprisingly natural. It’s less about star-spotting and more about shared moments — laughing about the Great British weather, raving about your favourites, or swapping recommendations. For many, it’s this blend of the grit of the event and the glamour of the Hotel that makes it so unforgettable. You never know who you’ll bump into — and that’s half the fun.
