In July 2025, we built a glamping style wedding village featuring 57 en-suite and non en-suite rooms for a HNW Business Owner’s wedding at a Country Estate.
Providing the perfect escape and dressing area for the bride and bridesmaids, an airstream area for the groom and best men, pamper areas for all guests, and plenty more. This was the perfect addition to an already stunning country estate, while allowing guests to stay on-site and enjoy the festivities over 3 days.
What We Did
We built a glamping style wedding village featuring 57 en-suite and non en-suite rooms for a HNW Business Owner’s wedding at a Country Estate.
Key features:
- Client: Agency/Business Owner
- Location: Country House/Estate in the North of England
- Date: July 2025
- Rooms: 57 rooms from burts, to safari suites, a multi-room Tipi, and Airstreams.
- Other project aspects: Arrivals reception with luggage store and concierge service.
- Pamper Tent featuring a barbers chair and hair/make-up stations
- Guests: Friends and family wedding guests attending the wedding over three nights incorporating a bar, nightclub, BBQ and various food options and the wedding itself.
- Our role: Build and dressing of all guest rooms. In room tidy service and site management of rooms for the duration of the wedding. Guest arrival and concierge to take guests to and from rooms. Build and design of the Pamper tent. Production services integrating with the overall Wedding organiser.
