You will be welcomed by our reception team, sit down and relax with a complimentary drink while we unload your luggage and deliver it to your room on the inside track. You’ll be dropped off directly to your door to settle in and enjoy some downtime before exploring the hotel.
Our team is at your disposal throughout the weekend. Whether it is our hosts, sommelier, attendants, concierge, chauffeurs, bar team, chefs, receptionists, restaurant team, massage therapists, wellbeing experts, doctors, security or hotel managers – we are here to help.

Can I request a room in a certain area or next to friends who are also staying at The Pop-Up Hotel?
As long as you’ve booked a room of the same type, it should be easy to place you close to your friends. Please include the request when booking.
