Our Early Bird Offer has multiple benefits including:

• Room pricing is tiered, securing rooms early may save up to 30% on room pricing compared to those prices available later in the year.
• In most cases the starting price for the rooms are based on this year’s pricing.
• You can secure your chosen room for only a 20% deposit which is refundable, less a small admin fee  should circumstances change before the 1st November 2024.
• On November 1st, you will be required to bring your deposit up to 50% of the total to confirm your room, our usual terms and conditions apply at this point. The balance is due 90 days before the event.

Relax with table service in our trackside lounge before heading to the Wellness Space to choose from a menu of private spa treatments, as well as hot tubs and saunas. Book professional hair and beauty services at our salon, or make use of our self-service areas to extend your me-time.

As a valued-guest, you will have access to our “Pop-Up Paddock” of British Grand Prix partners. This is an entertainment experience providing access to exclusive car displays, and other F1 themed content, leading to the hotel rooms beyond.

We’re delighted to be working with Voler Aviation Services Ltd who provide helicopter charter flights for guests wanting to miss the traffic and arrive in style.

Voler – known in the industry for their customer focused service – are the ideal partner for this service. With an extensive twin engine fleet in the Cotswolds, London and Harrogate – geographically they have all bases covered. The service doesn’t end when you land either. Once safely on the ground you will move through our private arrivals lounge to pick up your private chauffeur driven shuttle service for the short distance to our hotel arrivals reception.

We are also exploring a ‘shared’ charter helicopter charter service to offer a more cost effective way of flying in.
