The Pop-Up Hotel’s 2025 brand partners: The Perfect Blend For Success 

At The Pop-Up Hotel, we believe that creating memorable experiences is a collaborative effort, and we are very grateful to have the support and partnership of some amazing brands on board for 2025’s Glastonbury Festival week. Our brand partners are part of the secret sauce, through their exceptional products and unwavering support, they add an extra pinch of excitement to our extraordinary experience. 2025’s brand partner lineup includes: 

Beauty of Joseon – Cult-favourite Korean skincare brand Beauty of Joseon is bringing centuries of beauty wisdom to The Pop-Up Hotel as the Official Suncare Partner. Each guest will receive an in-room gift of their iconic SPF – a lightweight, skin-loving formula inspired by timeless Korean rituals.

Body Brilliant bespoke treatments from vitamin booster drops shots to bespoke IV infusions and compression therapy to revitalise festival weary bodies.

BrewDog – BrewDog will be keeping hotel guests refreshed all Festival long. The Pop-Up Hotel’s bar will be serving the official beer partner’s Punk IPA and Lost Lager.

Casamigos Tequila will be serving a selection of delicious cocktails at The Pop-Up Hotel’s bar… pop by to try a classic Tommy’s Margarita or enjoy a frozen watermelon marg.

Champagne Piaff – Every Hotel guest will be offered a glass of chilled Champagne Piaff on arrival to get the party started in style. Fresh, vibrant and playful, Champagne Piaff’s Brut, Rosé and Blanc de Blancs are made for bringing people together and will be available at the Hotel’s main bar throughout Festival Week.

Cult will be bringing its signature bold aesthetic to The Pop-Up Hotel with two exclusive VIP seating areas.

Devonia Water for healthy and sustainable hydration throughout festival week. 

Dood Eyewear – Dood Eyewear joins The Pop-Up Hotel as the Official Eyewear Partner. Guests can try on this season’s styles at the Dood space, located in reception and enjoy exclusive early access to four new limited-edition frames being released exclusively during Festival Week.

Free People returns with their finely crafted style to The Pop-Up Hotel bringing a pop-up store full of festival favorites, as well as an exclusive event for hotel guests.

Homewood House Hotel will offer a range of facial and body treatments for Hotel guests combining advanced therapeutic techniques, nature’s finest botanicals and science-led complexes along with signature touches, for truly magical experiences that relax the mind and reward the skin.

Lavazza will be brewing authentic Italian coffee, showcasing their finest coffee selections and coffee-based cocktails as the Hotel’s official coffee partner. 

Moke will be providing their new fully electric MOKEs to The Pop-Up Hotel, offering stylish and sustainable transport for hotel guests between the helipad, the hotel, and the festival grounds. VIP guests attending the Free People Pool Party will also be chauffeured in these iconic vehicles, ensuring they arrive in signature MOKE style.

NEFT Vodka will be available at The Pop-Up Hotel bar throughout Festival Week. NEFT vodka is meticulously made from mineral-rich mountain spring water, drawn from deep beneath the Austrian Alps, and ancient grains of rye – nothing else, no sugar, no additives – resulting in a refined and sophisticated taste that can be savoured neat, on the rocks or to elevate your favourite cocktail. 

OFYR are bringing the heat with their unique fire-focussed kit at The Garden Kitchen. Somewhere between a barbecue and a firepit, OFYR’s striking design blends form and function to deliver incredible food, and people together. Taking centre stage at the Garden Kitchen, where their expert team has collaborated with Kalm’s chefs to curate a mouthwatering, fire-cooked menu available 24 hours a day, all weekend long. Beautiful to behold and a joy to cook with, OFYR is the perfect focal point for outdoor gatherings.

Papa SaltAustralia’s best-selling new gin, Papa Salt, is this year’s official gin partner of The Pop-Up Hotel. Hotel guests can enjoy Papa Salt gin and the latest creation — the Fever-Tree x Papa Salt Blood Orange Gin Spritz — at The Pop-Up Hotel’s bar as well as at the Papa Salt Pool Party scheduled for Festival Week.  

R.M.Williams, R.M.Williams, the iconic Australian footwear brand, will be outfitting The Pop-Up Hotel team with their new-look Gardener boots for Festival Week. Designed for durability and all-day comfort, these festival-ready boots are the ultimate essential for men and women, complete with a full storm welt, sturdy rubber sole and cushioned insoles. We’re thankful to have R.M.Williams keeping our team running and looking good all week long.

Ron Santiago de Cuba will be bringing a taste of Cuban Rum to The Pop-Up Hotel this June.  Versatile enough to be enjoyed both mixed and neat, this award-winning rum will be serving a selection of delicious Cuban cocktails.

Sephora: Sephora will be bringing its beloved beauty services from in-store to The Pop-Up Hotel, providing festival-themed makeup services and hair treatments at The Salon powered by Sephora. Self-serve beauty stations will also be on site featuring beloved brands and products found exclusively at Sephora for Hotel guests to discover.

Vino Zero’s sophisticated range of non-alc options will be available for guests looking to party consciously. 

Wild – B Corp-certified Wild, the official sustainable toiletries partner of The Pop-Up Hotel, will be providing in-room products and hand wash across all washrooms, as well as hosting a Pop-Up Pilates session exclusively for hotel guests. All products are made from naturally derived premium ingredients.

Wonderland Cocktails – Made with the finest BrewDog Distilling Company spirits, Wonderland Cocktail’s premium range will be available to purchase all weekend from the Journey Juice point at the Main Bar, and from the Deli.

Information Regarding Administration Fees

We may charge, and you agree to pay, a small administration fee to cover our reasonable administrative and card processing costs. This will usually be offset against any refund due to you.

The Early Bird scheme allows guests to book rooms with a partially refundable deposit.

  • Rooms up to £5k – £69 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £10k – £79 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £15k – £179 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £20k – £189 admin fee retained
  • Rooms up to £30k – £199 admin fee retained

The admin fee is retained per room booked and not per reservation per se.
