Somehow the top secret news of our fully heated, trackside swimming pool has made it out into the wild and is hitting the press. It’s no April fools – the news is real.
Boasting a swim up bar with sunken stools, guests can order a drink while taking a dip and watching the on-track action metres away. Equally tempting in the evenings under a canopy of warmly lit palm trees with nightly “Music On The Terrace” sessions from our guest DJs – Silverstone Track as backdrop. Watch qualifying from the water. Count down to race day with a drink in hand. Your room is two minutes away. This is how a Grand Prix weekend should feel.
The journey to a luxury trackside pool for The Pop-Up Hotel has been a long one. It was our intention to build this in 2025, but our initial plans weren’t approved by the FIA. It isn’t surprising that a lot of planning has to go in to keeping 10,000 litres of water safely contained only metes away from the action. Working closely with our partners at Arcus Products, this bespoke built unit has been given the green-light to sit right next to the action all weekend. Filtered and with an integrated heating system it’s not just safe for the race, it entirely unique to the British Grand Prix.
2026 sees an entirely redesigned Pop-Up Paddock featuring a new Deli, Vesaro Sim Racing Lounge, Homewood Salon, The Paddock Journal Fashion Atelier, 360ME, Body Brilliant Clinic and a special guest to be announced. Alongside a hugely broad daily programme of talks, panels and Q&As from champions and experts including Jenson Button, Nigel Mansell, Johnny Herbert, Laura Winter and The Fast & The Curious to name a few – this year is going to be truly unforgettable.
